This session united visionary professionals dedicated to developing technology that aligns with both human values and nature's needs. My talk emphasized how IDGs can effectively guide the journey from consciousness to concrete, meaningful action in sustainability.

Our event is designed to create a nurturing space for women to connect with each other, learn about Inner Development Goals (IDGs), and embrace regenerative practices. It's an opportunity to deepen your connection with self, others, and nature, fostering resilience and overcoming limiting beliefs.

We piloted our project "IDG 1st Aiders", centered around SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals. Our hypothesis: Can the IDG framework be used as a role-playing game to help people learn about real-life environmental conflicts and foster discussions and resolutions? With the support amazing community, 12 experts in organizational design, mediation, and psychology joined us to test the game, providing invaluable feedback as we prepare for the next phase at Caux Castle.
